Welcome to Limpid Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and client portal (collectively, the "Services") operated by Limpid Technologies LLP, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Limpid Technologies provides professional consulting, design, integration, and technology solutions including but not limited to:

• Technology consulting and advisory services
• System design and architecture solutions
• Infrastructure integration services
• Solar energy solutions and installations
• Security and surveillance systems
• Project management and support services

As a client using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our Services in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Cooperate in good faith during project execution

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax regulations.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest charges as per the applicable provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of Limpid Technologies or our licensors.

Client-specific deliverables and custom solutions shall be governed by individual project agreements and may include shared or transferred intellectual property rights as explicitly stated therein.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Limpid Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms with thirty (30) days written notice. We may terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms or for any unlawful use of our Services.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data subject to our data retention policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations and, if necessary, mediation in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through prominent notice on our website at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
